Sacred Spaces Village Registration 2011

We welcome you to the first step in helping to create Sacred Space on the playa this year. Please read the following before beginning to fill out the form. If you have questions about registration, please contact us here .

• Camp registration of $310 for new campers and $280 for returning family includes a meal plan provided by one of the fabulous camps in our village - Krishna Camp.   Information about the meal plan will soon be available in the FAQ section of this web site.
• Your registration form will not be complete without payment via PayPal, so please be prepared to do so at the end of the form.
• We will only be accommodating about 6 r.v.'s this year. special needs get first priority.
• Also, please note, if our Esplanade request is granted, space will be very tight and we will be parking as few cars "in village" as possible (so, please plan to camp without your car)
• We won't be able to give refunds after August 1st.
• What else does your Camp Registration pay for? Camp registration funds materials for art installations in the Mystic Metropolis and building the temple structures. Funds also pay for shared camp amenities such as showers, gray water collection, shade, and practical stuff like renting the camp truck, generator, fuel, storage locker, signage, lighting, extension cords, rebar, bungee cords, zip ties, tools, duct tape, etc. 
• The meal plan has been optional in the past, but this year we want to create and strengthen community within our camp around mealtime activities. We also find that eating together provides time to get to know our fellow campers. We are however augmenting last years menu to include day snacks, coffee/tea service, 3 bbq nights (carnivore style) and more surprises.. nothin says lovin like somthin from the oven.
• As part of your commitment to the growth and wonderfulness of Sacred Spaces Village, you will be asked to sign up for two volunteer shifts. We'll send you the link to sign up for these after you register.
